Visiting hours
- Inpatient wards: 14:30 – 21:00 daily
- ICU – Intensive Care & Critical Care Unit: 16:00 – 20:00 daily
- Caregivers may stay overnight only when permitted by the attending doctor.
General regulations
- Visit only during designated hours
- Maximum 02 visitors per visit
- Perform hand hygiene upon entering and leaving the room
- Leave the room when medical care is being provided
- Do not sit on the patient’s bed
- Do not touch medical equipment, wounds, or IV lines
- No pets, flowers, or plants
- Do not bring food/drinks; especially avoid strong-smelling food
- Maintain quiet; set phones to silent mode
- No smoking (except in the designated smoking area next to H Café)
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Overnight stay in inpatient rooms is not permitted
- The hospital is not responsible for lost personal belongings
Area-specific regulations
Pediatrics Inpatient Unit
- Parents may visit and stay with the child
- Other visitors must follow visiting hours
NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Parents may enter at any time (except during medical procedures)
- Strict aseptic practices required: wear protective clothing, no personal items
- Do not touch incubators or medical equipment without permission
- No visitors allowed (including children)
ICU – Intensive Care & Critical Care Unit
- Children under 16 may enter only when accompanied by parents (except during care/emergencies)
- Strict infection-control rules must be followed
Maternity Inpatient Unit
- Maximum 02 visitors per visit
- Fathers may enter the Delivery Room (for vaginal births)
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Isolation rooms
- Entry only when permitted by medical staff
Health precautions
For the safety of patients and the community, please do not visit if you have any of the following symptoms:
- Vomiting or diarrhea
- Cough, fever, cold/flu symptoms
- Suspected infectious disease
Responsibilities during visits
The hospital encourages family members to actively participate in patient care:
- Support meals, medication, or personal hygiene when instructed by nursing staff
- Respect and cooperate with medical staff and follow all instructions during visits
- Maintain polite, calm behavior to ensure a safe and quiet environment for patients
