This person shall be responsible for taking care of Japanese customers, including but not limited to medical interpretation/ translation and developing hospital business among Japanese community in Hanoi.
1. Taking care of Japanese customers
Booking consultation for Japanese customersCoordinating with each floor’s receptionist to help customersInterpreting consultations, examinations.Translating medical documents for customersCoordinating with Japanese medical insuranceCoordinating with PSA, Health-check contract for Japanese companiesAnswering and supporting Japanese customers requestMaintain relationship with Japanese clients (visiting, phone calling, sending letters, etc.)On-call emergency interpreting
2. Developing Japanese market
Seeking to understand Japanese client demand in healthcare service.Proposing measures to develop hospital business among Japanese community around Hanoi.Proposing, implementation and following-up annual plan for this segment.Informing immediate manager on any opportunities to develop hospital business that may occur during the year.Supporting marketing activities related to Japanese marketMonthly report to immediate manager and General Manager about the development of Japanese market.Performing other related duties as may be assigned by immediate manager or the management.
