• Assist Dentists in chair-side tasks
• Translate when required ( English, Vietnamese languages )
• Speaking French will be a plus
• Receive booking for Dental Clinic
• Guideline patients to Dental Clinic and related departments
• Explain to patients treatment plan and quotation
• Fill in the medical records and manage the filling system in Dental Clinic
• Control and order consumables for Dental Clinic
• Make inventory for Dental Clinic
• Clean and sterilise dental instruments when necessary
• Receive and deliver tooth models when necessary
• Clean dental equipment periodically
• Other tasks assigned by the Dentists
• Maintain confidentiality at all time

Skills required

• Demonstration of good interpersonal skills with staff and clients.
• Ability to communicate in speaking and writing (French will be a plus)
• Ability to communicate between the dental practice and dental laboratory
• Understanding dental instrument cleaning and sterilizing procedures.
• Ability to classify dental instruments and chemicals for different techniques.

Qualifications

• University Degree
• Well spoken and written English
• Speaking French will be a plus
• At least three years working experience as Dental Assistant
