Cancellation of a Scheduled Admission
If you wish to delay or cancel your hospitalization to HFH, we kindly ask you to notify us at least two (2) working days prior to your scheduled admission. Cancellation notifications must be made directly to the admission officer, at (84-24) 3577-1100 between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm, Monday through Friday and between 7.30am to 2.00pm on Saturday’s. Should you wish cancel an admission after office hours, please contact our A&E Department under (84-24)-3574-1111.
