Admission Guide

Allow us to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our admission team is always available to help you complete the registration process in a fast and efficient manner. 

Our admission team is located on the ground floor in front of the main entrance and is open from Monday-Friday from 07:00 am to 10:00 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and Saturday’s from 7.30am to 2pm. 

After office hours and for deliveries and all emergency cases, you may use the admission counter at the Accident & Emergency Department located at the ground floor. The A&E Department is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Please bring the following:

• Medical Insurance and social security cards or other privilege cards (PSA, Membership)
• A list of all medications and herbal supplements you are currently taking (Please do not bring the actual medications) 
• Any recent medical report, test results, imaging reports or other reports from.  
• Non-Vietnamese patients need to bring their passport for registration with the local police station.
