Pricing Policy

For outpatients, consultation fees will be settled after the examination with the doctor. You will be required to pay for laboratory tests, imaging diagnostics, medications, or other outpatient services before using them.

Upon confirmation of hospitalization and/or surgery, you will be asked to verify the estimated costs and sign the Consent to Treatment form. Our reception, insurance, and/or cashier staff will assist you with the necessary procedures. Your inpatient bill will be finalized and settled before your discharge.

The hospital does not accept personal debt.

Health Insurance Card

At French Hospital Hanoi, we have cooperation agreements with many domestic and international insurance companies. If you have insurance, please present your insurance card and/or policy details, ID card, or passport to our reception or insurance staff. They will help you contact your insurance company for a guarantee of payment. If your insurance company does not have a direct payment agreement with the hospital, our staff will assist you in completing the Claim Form and other necessary documents to facilitate the reimbursement of your claims.

Advance Payment

You will be required to make an advance payment for hospitalization. The advance payment will be estimated based on the treatment indications and room charges. If you have insurance, you will need to make an advance payment if the hospital has not received a Letter of Guarantee from your insurance company at the time of your admission. Our staff will inform you of the necessary details regarding your advance payment. Once we receive the guarantee from the insurance company, we will process the refund of your advance payment.

Additional Payments and Advance Payment Refunds

You can pay for treatment costs not covered by your insurance company with cash or credit card.

If paying by cash, you will receive a cash refund at the counter after balancing it against the actual incurred costs. If paying by credit card, the refund will be transferred to your credit account according to the regulations of the State Bank. In cases where the actual treatment cost is higher than the advance payment, you will be asked to make an additional advance payment. Our cashier staff will regularly inform you of the details of your treatment costs.
