Job summary:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with HFH’s brand positioning as a leading international hospital in Vietnam.
- Plan and manage quarterly/yearly digital activities and budget allocation across key channels: SEO, SEM, social media, website, email, display ads, AI system etc.
2. Digital Channels Management
- Manage and optimize the hospital’s official website, ensuring high SEO performance, AI performance and a user-friendly experience.
- Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok…) with medically accurate, engaging, and audience-specific content.
- Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, Zalo Ads, etc.).
3. Content & Communication
- Work with doctors and specialists to produce health content in multiple formats (articles, videos, webinars, infographics).
- Implement email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using the hospital’s CRM system.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and evaluate campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Agency Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing teams, and medical professionals to ensure marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate with digital agencies and creative partners as needed.
Requirement:
1. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in healthcare, premium services, or hospitality industries.
- Have good sense of digital strategy, understand the trend of AI, and achievement in integrated system building.
2. Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush…), and Tracking System.
- Strong content planning and audience insight skills.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and customer conversion funnels.
3. Soft Skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent project management and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
