- Interpret medical consultations in French, English, Vietnamese.
- Translate medical documents in to French, English, Vietnamese.
- Prepare and translate medical reports in French, English and Vietnamese according to doctors’ request.
- Coordinate with Front Desk staff for in & out patient admission/ discharge.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Department for in & out patient billing.
- Cooperate with relevant staff (Front Desk staff and Nursing staff) to ensure prompt, efficient services to patients and visitors.
- To maintain confidentiality, especially patients’ information at all times.
- To attend meetings as requested.
- Do other tasks of the department as assign.
- Salary package in details will be discussed during the interview
- Specific KPIs target and KPIs incentive on top of Salary Package will be discussed, if any

- Working Time: Standard working time is 44h/ week; 24 working days per month
