BENEFIT

Job summary:
- Maintain a friendly, neat and professional grooming standard in front of customer.
- Provide courteous service to guest, respond promptly and tactfully all guest’s enquiries and complaint.
- Ensure guest’s satisfaction before leaving the restaurant.
- Greet and present the menu in a friendly and courteously manner.
- Always be attentive, assist guests to make them satisfy and want to come back.
- To arrange meal for Doctors.
- Clean & Keep Restaurant tidy before the end of shift.
- Keep proper control of linen items which are sent for the Laundry.
- To control the beverage inventory at Restaurant Area.
- To ensure of the hygiene and safety at workplace.
- Be a good team worker.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- Participate in other relevant training programs.
requirement:
- Graduated from College and above.
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Fluent in English
