With 165 participants from all departments, this year’s competition was not only a practical activity aimed at enhancing professional knowledge, technical skills, and encouraging continuous learning and development across the hospital, but also an opportunity to honor the efforts of our healthcare staff. Additionally, the competition contributed to fulfilling 83 hospital quality criteria.

The nurses, midwives, and medical technicians competed in two rigorous yet lively rounds: the theoretical round (November 5) and the practical round (November 12). The competition content included professional knowledge, case-based questions, practical application of skills to real work scenarios, as well as regulations, professional standards, ethics, and attitudes, communication skills of healthcare personnel.


As an international hospital following European and American standards, HFH requires nurses, midwives, and medical technicians to be proficient in English, which was also applied throughout the competition.

The competition jury consisted of representatives from the Hospital Board of Directors, the Quality Management Department, doctors, the Director of Nursing, and Nurses and Midwives team leaders and supervisors.
After two days of intense and dedicated competition, the results are as follows:
