Professional medical team
During hospitalization, patients are cared for and closely monitored by a team of experienced and dedicated doctors and nurses. Doctors at the General In-patient Ward work in close coordination with specialists to follow treatment protocols, assess progress, and continuously update individualized treatment plans for each patient. The nursing team is available 24/7, providing attentive care, medication management, vital signs monitoring, and daily living support for patients.
Facilities & amenities
To meet patients’ needs and medical requirements, the hospital offers a variety of room types, including single rooms, double rooms, negative pressure isolation rooms, positive pressure isolation rooms, and special rooms (the Lotus Suite). Patients and their families will receive consultation to choose the most suitable room type based on their needs and the doctor’s medical indications.
Each room is fully equipped with necessary medical devices for inpatient monitoring and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay:
- Modern hospital beds with an integrated emergency call system at the bedside; bed linen is changed daily to ensure hygiene and disinfection standards.
- En-suite bathrooms equipped with handwashing basins, showers, and emergency call buttons.
- A personal hygiene kit including soap, shampoo, toothpaste, comb, towels, etc., provided upon admission.
- High-speed wireless internet available throughout patient rooms and hospital areas for convenient connectivity.
- Free TV in each room with remote control for personalized entertainment.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hospital premises to protect the health of patients and the community.
Support services
Nutrition
In addition to medical treatment, the hospital pays great attention to patients’ nutrition. Meals are served in-room and included in the inpatient package fee. The menu offers a variety of Asian, Western, and vegetarian dishes as well as beverages. Orders are taken daily to tailor meals to each patient’s needs.
Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:00
Lunch: 11:30 – 12:00
Dinner: 17:00 – 17:30
For medical safety reasons, patients and families are requested not to bring outside food or beverages into the treatment area.

Multilingual interpretation
The hospital provides interpretation services in Vietnamese, Japanese, French, and English. For other languages, support can be arranged upon prior notice.
Laundry service
Patients are provided with hospital garments throughout their stay. Personal clothing brought upon admission will be laundered free of charge.
Housekeeping service
Fresh linen is provided daily between 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Room cleaning (including bathrooms) is carried out from 7:30 – 10:00 a.m. Outside these hours, patients and families can press the call button to request assistance when needed.
Family stay
Family members may stay with patients upon approval from the attending doctor. The accommodation fee for the accompanying person will be added to the patient’s hospital bill.
