Here is a step-by-step guide to how HFH arranges tele-consultation with a Doctor and Patient:
- Once the Doctor and Patient agree to teleconsultation, a member of HFH staff will send the patient a QR code for advance payment for the appointment.
- HFH staff will create a link to a video-calling app that suits both Doctor and Patient (eg. Zoom, Meet, Zalo, Viber etc.)
- The Patient will be sent a password to allow access to the meeting at the appointed time.
- The Doctor will also be granted access at the appointed time, and designated a tele-consultation room in HFH to perform the consultation.
- The Doctor and Patient can then meet confidentially with ease of access for all parties.
