The Department of Pharmacy and the hospital’s pharmacy prioritize selecting high-quality medicines and healthcare products from reputable pharmaceutical manufacturers worldwide. Alongside modern storage facilities and strict, scientifically managed international-standard operating procedures, the department strictly adheres to all Ministry of Health regulations, including GPP and GSP standards, to ensure compliance with manufacturers’ recommendations throughout the distribution, storage, and quality control process. This guarantees that safe, high-quality products reach every patient.

Inpatient and outpatient dispensing

The hospital’s pharmacy operates 24/7, serving both inpatients and outpatients in designated areas to ensure quick and accurate dispensing.

Outpatient dispensing is conveniently located on the ground floor, near the main entrance corridor, providing easy access for patients. Prescription control is rigorously carried out by senior pharmacists to ensure safety and compliance.

Medication counseling is a top priority and is personalized for each patient. Dedicated pharmacists provide careful and detailed guidance to improve treatment adherence and optimize outcomes for patients at home. Outpatient pharmacists are always ready to offer immediate advice at the counter as well as through online communication channels, serving both local and international patients.

Inpatient dispensing is organized separately in Building B for hospitalized patients. All inpatient medications are dispensed directly by pharmacists. The dispensing process follows a strict prescription control protocol—from pharmacists to clinical and nursing teams—ensuring accuracy, safety, and cost-effectiveness in inpatient care.
