Food and Beverage

At HFH we care about the well-being of our patients, including what they eat and drink. We aim to provide a balanced range of appetizing and nutritious food and drinks that patients will enjoy.

Our in-house Food and Beverage Department supports a number of different service areas and outlets:

  • In-patient meals, snacks, room service
  • Special dietary meals for patients
  • Day-care and other out-patient Departments
  • “H Café” for patients and visitors
  • The team is led by Ms. Nguyen Minh Hoa with the support of the Chef – Mr. Nguyen Van Thang

F&B Patient Services

Our Chef and his team prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner delivered to patient rooms or treatment areas. Drinks and snacks are also provided in the afternoons.The menu is put together in consultation with nutritionists and doctors and includes both Asian and Western options of salads and sandwiches to allow for all tastes.

Special and Therapeutic Diets

The F&B team works closely with the medical team to ensure that all the food prepared for patients conforms to any special diet prescribed by the doctors (e.g. low salt, low fat, diabetic).

The team will also be available to give you advice on appropriate diet.
