TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

For the payer:

I understand the content of services  and fees related to this purchase.  I have carefully read and understood the details. I herewith agree with the entire content related to these Packages. I request L’Hôpital Français de Hanoï to provide the beneficiary above with the service registered (hereafter referred to as “Client”).

For Hanoi French Hospital

Hanoi French Hospital has full right for accepting or rejecting the request for the service.

PROVISION OF SERVICES

1) Maternity/ Delivery packages

a/ Use of services

To use the service, please contact the Reservation or Reception of the Hospital at: 024.35771100 for an appointment with the obstetrician for consultation.

• If the Client is attending the Hospital for the first time, she will need to complete a registration form at the main reception desk on the ground floor.
• If the Client has an appointment and a registration number, please go directly to the Reception Desk of the third floor.

It is strongly advised that the Client brings along any results of examination, lab tests, prescription or other medical documents when coming to the Hospital. The Request for standard Maternity or Delivery Package Service enclosed with the REGULATION OF PROVIDING SERVICES will be submitted to the Client for signing.

b/ Appointments

The Client is required to contact the Reservation or Reception of the Hospital for appointment at least 01 day in advance for consultations and ultrasound/laboratory services.

In case the Client is not able to come for the appointed consultation/ultrasounds/laboratory services, she is required to contact the Reservation or Reception of the Hospital for cancellation.

2) H Plus Membership

a/ H Plus Membership Card Registration

Our staff will contact the Client for completing the documentation process upon payment receipt.

b/ Membership Benefits

H Plus members are entitled to the benefits specified in the Membership Certificate.

Discount rates are applicable to standard hospital prices, valid at the time the Services are used.

With regard to procedures/ surgeries, the discount becomes effective not less than seven days after the Member has received his Certificate.

3) Health check-up services

To use the service, please contact with the Reservation or Reception of the Hospital at: 024.35771100 for an appointment. Our reservation staff will provide you information with regard to your preparation for the services if any.

We will receive the Client at the main reception on the ground floor. If this is the first time the Client is attending the Hospital, he/ she is required to complete a registration form at the main reception desk on the ground floor.

REFUND POLICY

Refunding is only accepted when the Request for the  Service has not been signed or registration process has not been completed by the Client. For the refund, the arising costs such as the commercial transaction fees will be retained. Please contact our Accounting Department at: 024.35771100 or email: contact@hfh.com.vn in the case that you wish to cancel your transaction.

The refund will be returned to the payment method initially selected by the Client. Refund will take approximately three weeks once the Hospital has completed the documentation process.
