  • Develop and execute marketing strategy of Hanoi French Hospital
  • Manage the operations of Marketing Department
  • Promote and enhance the new image of Hanoi French Hospital to potential clients.
  • Launch new services, products to clients and ensure the sales target of the hospital.
  • Participate in the development of new areas of HFH services
  • Develop and implement a suitable Public Communication Strategy for entire hospital as well as for specific areas.
  • Look for information of special demand or comments from clients or internal sources to develop hospital services
  • Seek business opportunity and make sure appropriate opportunities are captured
  • Maintain good contact with clients through quality tracking and customers’ feedback
  • Direct supervision on membership program and organization activities
  • Handle hospital tour when required.
Yêu Cầu
  • Three to five years experience in Business Development Management with strong record
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication skills (English & Vietnamese. French is highly recommended and rewarded)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing
  • Ability to develop and promote membership program
  • Ability to work independently and be a good team player
  • Experience in cross-cultural environment.
  • Experience in medical field is a plus
  • Ability to develop business strategy, PR strategy
  • International experience/training in related field is preferable
