Recommended Recipients of Nirsevimab

Recommended timing for prophylaxis:
- Infants born before or during the RSV season, or children under 24 months at risk of infection: should receive the injection before the start of RSV season (from September to April).
- Infants born during the RSV season: should receive the injection soon after birth.
However, as RSV circulates at low levels throughout the year, the monoclonal antibody may be administered at any time, especially for high-risk infants.
