Hanoi French Hospital Organized The First Blood Donation Day In 2023

On February 8, 2023, Hanoi French Hospital (HFH), in coordination with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion organized the 1st Blood Donation day in 2023 at HFH under the theme “Ruby-red drops for the community”.

After medical screening to assure safety and health of all donors, a total of 68 units of blood were donated to the national blood bank. These meaningful ruby-red drops will bring important life opportunities to those less fortunate, bring faith and hope to those in need.

Blood Donation is of profound humanitarian significance; as such it has been organized at Hanoi French Hospital on a regular basis since 2010. In 2022, HFH successfully organized 2 Blood Donation days in January and June with the participation of a large number of HFH staff and volunteers

In the spirit and tradition of community of raising the spirits of volunteering in the community and awareness social responsibilities among HFH staff, and at the same time, contribute to saving lives, Blood Donation Day will continue to be one of important community activities at HFH in future.
