- Patients should consult a cardiologist before registering for a package.
- The service package is valid for 12 months from the date of the first consultation.
- To schedule a follow-up appointment, please contact 024 3577 1100.
- A 10% discount applies to diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, hospitalization, surgery and procedures not included in the package, provided they are performed within 14 days of a cardiologist’s referral. This discount does not apply to medications, medical consumables or other service packages.
