Job summary

ACQUIRE CUSTOMERS AND GROW USAGE OF SERVICES WITH PROFESSIONAL, PERSONALISED AND CARING SERVICE CONSULTATION

• Call-in and wall- in customers
• Conversion of leads from marketing in a timely and efficient manner
• Database leverage – increase customer lifetime value
• Own sources

CRM & REPORTING

• Follow up, updating data status on CRM on daily basis
• Co-ordinate with Marketing for regular sales report and by campaign report
• Sales record for commission based remuneration.
• Other sales admin and reporting tasks as requested

INSIGHTS & INNITIATIVES

• Customer insight for efficient sales calls
• Propose sales and marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, cross-sell and up-sell

requirement

COMPETENCY

• Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Customer Journey in Sales and Marketing
• Operations and Process
• CRM system, reporting
• Knowledge of health care business and the market is an advantage

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Training in business, sales is an advantage
• Experienced in the similar roles in service industry is preferred
• Ambitious, passionate in problem solving, dealing with people.
• Willingness or interest to have result-based KPI compensation, and strong motivation by obtaining sales results
