Brand & Communications Manager

Job Descriptions


  • Lead all brand campaigns and related activities for raising brand awareness, strengthening brand positioning, reinforce compliance of brand guidelines on both on & offline space.
  • Build corporate photo libraries, corporate profile, leaders & doctors profiles as full scale supporting activities towards reinforcing branding messaging.
  • Pursue award opportunities of the hospitals.
  • In charge of branded gifts to support brand and business initiatives.


  • Set up and manage execution of all internal process relating to media management (e.g. media briefing, spokesman, risk and crisis management)
  • Be alert of potential media and social media risks for proactive reputation management following approved process
  • Handle media contacts with regular engagements


  • Lead external communications initiatives and execution to support brand and business objectives
  • Prepare all corporate communications
  • Manage and grow corporate profile on relevant social media e.g. LinkedIn
  • Work on initiatives and lead execution of internal communications and activities to raise awareness and engagement of staffs towards brand and business growth.
  • Activities to enhance corporate culture of HFH
  • In charge of managing internal communication channels


  • Thematic CSR activities aligned with brand purposes and values


  • Brand ID, brand communications
  • Communications skills for different channels and formats, both traditional and social media
  • English fluency, both formal writing and speaking
  • Creative, innovative, trend update
  • Knowledge of design is an advantage
  • Confident, ability to be an MC is an advantage


  • Writing standards for corporate materials, press release write-up, marketing communications
  • Experience in brand management and brand campaigns
  • Event management from concept to execution
  • Media relations, media risk & crisis management
  • Salary package in details  will be discussed during the interview
  • Specific KPIs target and KPIs incentive on top of Salary Package will be discussed, if any

  • Working Time: Standard working time is 44h/ week; 24 working days per month
